#23 picture upload
We have to make the picture upload (e.g. in a blog) easier for our target audience (social networking beginners). To be specific: The upload itself is simple enough. But to include the picture into the blog and not only as a thumbnail, the users will have extreme difficulties, and no one is on site to explain how it works.
My suggestion: Instead of the three tags there should appear three icons next to the uploaded picture thumbnail: a small, a medium and a big picture as well as a short written or sign language explanation that one has to drag and drop it into the text box.
