#3 dont enable video preview when launching avsp

When avsp is launched, it should always start out with the video preview turned off.
It is very little hassle for the user to manually enable it when they are ready, and it will avoid problems like that mentioned here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1446280#post1446280
