#2 Installs and doesn't run (avrLab-v0200)

Requrements seem to be (at least):

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 163606 Jan 21 19:43
tavrasm*

19:53 avra*

Why both I am not quite sure, but the first time you
attempt to run it, it barfs out over tavrasm and once
you plug that in and run it again it barfs out over avra.

After installing avra and running it again I get:

{~/projects/avrLab-v0200} $ avrLab.tcl
Error in startup script: can't read "avraVersion": no
such variable
while executing

Not sure what to do at this point.

Any thoughts appeciated!
