#76 avra 1.3.0 INSTALL and README are misleading

INSTALL and README are misleading. They mention a script that just isn't there.
Only the instructions in the file "Build" are valid.

I had to rebuild twice or thrice to recover from missing packages. A littel slow on a raspberry pi. Why wouldn't you use "make"?

To me it seems that you used automake and autobuild in previous Releases, didn't you?
