Hi John,

1. The diff of the diffs :-)
    avr-diff-2013-06-06.patch

2. Configure patches (made from git, applied via -p1 -N).
    0007-Configure-scripts.patch

3. Sync itself (made from git):
3.1. Copy AVR to Target dir
3.2. Apply #1, apply diffs, apply #2
3.3. Apply sync patch "patch -p1 -N -i 0008-Sync-with-trunk.patch
4. Try to compile. It was made for r183403. Need test somehow 
AVRISelLowering.cpp

Let me know if something goes wrong, I'll online till 13:00 UTC-7.
