[Avr-eclipse-user] MCU Clock Frequency - Save Problem

This has been driving me nuts for a while. No matter what I set my MCU  
Clock Frequency to on the AVR > Target Hardware screen, it always  
reverts to 1000000. I'm trying to set my Attiny2313 to use 8mhz  and  
every time I click apply leave the screen and come back, the Clock  
Frequency is reset.
