  Hi Zafi,

thank you for the bug report. I was able to reproduce the bug, but only 
when creating a "Makefile project". There were no problems with "AVR 
Cross Target Projects". Can you confirm this?

I have opened a bug report

and as the fix should be trivial I will release it later today once I 
have tested it sufficiently.
