#44 Any chance for a new release

Is there a possibility to make a new release, maybe compiled against Juno and CDT 8.0?
I just tried to build the whole thing from source, but can't resolve a dependency to the gdbjtag bundle. It is starting nevertheless and already working better than 2.4.0 - e.g. the AVR header files are now resolved which is a big step forward.
