Gshp2pgsql is a graphical user interface for loading shapefiles to PostgreSQL databases using PostGIS.

The following things have changed in the 0.4.1 release:

Bug fix on Windows: Include missing gspawn-win32-helper.
openSUSE RPM have been added.

AV PostGIS connection extension:

AV PostGIS Connection Extension is an ArcView 3.x extension for upload/download to/from PostGIS tables.

This release does not add any new functionality but fixes several bugs
e.g. for installations
missing the ArcView registry entry, and the Refresh functionality is
active again.

The underlying PostGIS files have been updated to version 1.1.3.
