The genetic algorithm is almost working! The research is done, and the core is mostly done.

So far the code is not the greatest looking, or best documented. So if anyone feels like helping out, I need someone to make the code friendlier...

All that is left for the core is support for theading, the main loop, the snapshot section, the project loader, and the UI.
