SF.net download's statistics give me hard evidence that at least one human being is using AVMON, so I decided to enable phpBB forums in case someone finds it useful:

* implemented background-message counter. Enable with -DBACKGROUND_OVERHEAD_COUNTER. Usefull in experiments.

* bug fixes to raw availability calculations
* session recovery mechanisms for unclean exits
* new mechanism to ensure that indegree > 0 in the coarse overlay
