#73 segmentavisource for ffvfw features

segmentavisource doesn't work for ffvfw cappings,
because second segment starts with a delta frame:

Is it possible to modify it such that it works also in
this case (or make a separate function for this)?

Fixing this (which is obviously a vdub bug - it should NEVER
begin an avi file with a delta frame) would both require a
rewrite, and break existing features.

It would for instance not be possible to use
segmentedavisource on similar video, but using different codecs.
