#106 JPEG Thumbnail Extraction

I've been looking for a solution which extracts the embedded thumbnails from a JPEG image sequence for the purpose of quickly rendering previews. This would cut down on my trial-and-error time tremendously as I've been running 5+ megapixel frames through filters like TemporalSoften.
