Store idx2 files in temporaney directory when opening files from a read-only path, like a DVD disk.

Actually instead, the program give an error, since can't create the index file.

Having the same issue with a different use case:
Opening MPEG files from any read-only source (e.g. archive storage) is currently not possible due to .idx2 creation next-to-file.

Being able to provide a temporary folder for reading/writing of the .idx2 would be great!
