Great program. But i need some adjustments and more features to make it more nicer.
Better remember settings after closing video and add new video
When closing video, it forget already the filter settings. And when adding video, it forget even audio settings. But it remembers strange enough MP4 and MP4 settings. When i reload filters settings in video, it forgot audio settings.
You can see, it forgot too fast settings. Make sure it keep remember all settings even closing and load new video parts. Or make sure all settings can saved in 1 settings file. It remembers only video settings (separated menu option), separated filter settings, but noting for audio settings save, nothing for containers....
Re-setting over and over again for each video is too much and time-wasted work for small bug. Should fixed asap.
Show which video files are loaded in the editor.
The length is raised, but i cannot see which files are loaded... problem. and if i made mistake with 1 file, i cannot remove it. It's not very smart without video list visible. With list, we can verify easy needed files are loaded. And we can delete wrong files or perhaps re-sort order of files (by moving file to another place in list) and check the whole video again... That makes the program more useful as editor.
Why is batch run program separated and not accesible with button in editor / database error?
And even i load the batch run program, it causes database error in editor. After closing batch program, editor cannot save it too, because its also crashed. Not very "foolproof" with database crash. Make it more smart even opening both programs. Add button inside editor is also very welcome.
And i saw also not smart problem: when not clicking "Use QT4 version" in batch program, it will not work, all rows will show error. When enabled QT4 option, it works. Why is option there if i may ask?
Need option to store/remember all settings.
I want see option to remember all video/audio/filter settings and save it in one file. Much easier.
I used to have problems with settings as well. Then I started usin Custom script:
1) Save settings into Project script.
2) Edit this Project script (remove all lines not necessary - for example adm.loadVideo() line etc.).
3) This edited script save as Custom script (folder depends on operation system). Properly saved custom script is shown under Custom menu.
It is not exactly solution of the problem, but since I use custom scripts (there can be more different custom scripts) I do not care about saving settings - it takes just two clicks to use a custom script...
