#16 No way to send encode window back to tray

Avidemux has an option to hide the window to the tray during an encode, but if you then open the encode window (e.g., to check how big the file is getting or to see the progress since it doesn’t show a tooltip in Windows 7) , there is no way to send it back to the tray.

Please add an option to do so.
