Scenario: Cutting (audio/video = COPY) a HDTV recording .ts file 1280x720, Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264) with avidemux 2.6.10 in up-to-date windows7 x64

mp4v2 muxer with "Optimize for Streaming" option creates a tmp file that requires as much disk space as the output file, so saving will fail if free space < 2x the size of the output file. Even if it fails due to that problem, the "Done, File ... has been successfully saved." message is displayed. There is no check if the tmp file had enough space or was copied over successfully.

For example:
Already saved the file as mp4v2 + Optimize for Streaming to an almost full partition as x.mp4. I keep avidemux open, leave all settings unchanged and save again as y.mp4. After the "Done File y.mp4 has been successfully saved." appears, the size of x.mp4 = 3,54GB and y.mp4 = 1,91 GB. The latter can't be played in vlc and was not "successfully saved" at all.
