#105 NVENC issues
It would appear that something is broken with the NVENC implementation in 2.7.6
I have a Quadro P2000 running driver version 441.66 (Quadro desktop/notebook) which appears to be the newest version available and I get an error saying...
" Cannot set up encoder. The configuration supplied to the encoder may be incompatible or the encoder may depend on features unavailable on this system "
My best guess is that 2.7.6 must be using the "Turing" version of NVENC and maybe it is not backwards compatible?
