It works with ProgDVB, but I had to manually configure some buttons.

GREAT! I want to expressly thank you for this code, the instruction are very clear to follow. I customized one of your remote .reg to suit the RM_KS remote supplied by AVerTV Volar HD Pro. It works flawlessly on Windows 8.1 (Update) x64. Thanks again!!! (I wrote a little entry in the Wiki, .reg attached)
