#3 incorrect definition of navigation icon

The functionality of an navigation icon within AveiN's
JavaScript client originaly called "Pan" better suits the
function of recentering. The button does not allow to pan
the map in the established way using the mouse drag.
Instead it recenter the map extent basing on the fist
mouse click.

Also the icon entitled "Query" does not reflect it's
functionality. It server more to "Identify", since there is
no possibility of defining queries vithin the AveiN client in
version 1.4. The function behind the button reveales only
all data base entries of the most top active layer.

Forget the old client ... it is not renewed since ages. The
focus is the interface between ArcView and UMN ....

problems here should be adressed to the avein extension, not
to the client, which is only a viewer to the mapfile and not
really siutable for operating a webgis ... ;-)
