Initial Version Imported to SVN Repository

Avanti Quizlet is a Java mobile J2ME application for learning through multimedia-rich flashcards and interactive quizzes.

An initial version has been imported to the Subversion repository. Only source files have been added. Resource files (i.e., data files, LWUIT library, kXML library) have not been added at this time.

Development is still in its infancy. The application can parse an XML file (in a predefined format), list its contents and display text and image attributes on the selected item.

Testing has been done using the Sun Wireless Toolkit and Sprint Wireless Toolkit. It is also being tested on a Motorola SLVR. However, the SLVR is currently unable to load a theme from a LWUIT resource bundle. This issue is under investigation.
