We have two PRIs that all of our Telco Traffic comes to us from. The PRIs come into a Cisco 2900 Router using H.323. Is this solution compatible with AvantFax?

AvantFAX is simply a web-based front-end for HylaFAX. For FoIP, you'll want to use HylaFAX Enterprise. See www.ifax.com.
