Avalon ChemInformatics Toolkit
The Avalon ChemInformatics toolkit provides a number of tools for manipulating and displaying chemical structures. It's main features include a Java servlet for rendering chemical structures as PNG or GIF images, and executables to canonicalize, standardize, and convert chemical structure formats including MOL file and SMILES.
