First draft of installation instructions...

1. Check out svn, or extract tarball to a folder in your website.
2. Import the allies.sql and the tblwowitems.sql to your character database, or create a new database for these tables...
3. Edit the config file in includes/config.inc.php
4. It should be up n' runnin' now...

I'll get back with info on server requirements...

In windows it should work ok with a WAMP install, and in Linux a LAMP install should do it...
