Great. I am not sure what exactly you want to know. So, just briefly...I 
accept any code that is reasonable. For example, anything in the TODO file is 
fine. Other things are fine too, as long as they serve a purpose...bug fixes, 
optimization, etc. is good, but things like embedded MP3/OGG/etc. player is 
not.

The easiest way for the transmission of your changes is using the patch & diff 
tools. (Minimal bandwidth, and can be send via email very easily.)
