I have couple of comments:

1) The name of the project is "AV Admin" not "AV Administration."

2) This is just my curiosity: What is that thing on the right? :-)

3) I really like that AVA part, and that makes me wonder what would it look 
like if it said: AVAdmin, with the AVA the way it is now, and "dmin" with 
lowercase letters of the same style. Additionally, it would be great if the 
background was transparent.

4) The colors are fine, but I think that a transparent background would make 
it easier to use.

Anyway, I added those two logos to the logo page 
(http://avadmin.sourceforge.net/logo.php).
