Java Autoupdater upload complete

The first version of the Autoupdater is up in CVS and available for downloading. A jar for release 0.1 is available and some quick-start documentation has been released.

Don't let the 0.1 scare you; I've been using the Autoupdater without incident for some time. I don't want to move on to a 1.0 until it's had some community review, though.
