[autotools-idl] tao_idl update

Greetings,

It appears that current implementation for the tao_idl compiler has not been
updated to the current version (2.2a_p1).  Is the project still being
maintained?  Could you point me in the general direction of where the unique
IDLCXXFLAGS are generated so that I might be able to modify the rpm build?
I'm able to coerce the generated build environment however I was looking to
update the system to recognize the updated compiler.
