Summary:                    Duplicate options structures are clutter
Description: 
The two structures, sonarContext and pluginContext are clutter.  I would
like to get rid of them, and make one options structure, that holds the
values for all the global options (ie, options in the main sonar engine
usage).

Fixed, but minimally tested
