#4 Installation: SQL-script can't create all tables

ERROR 1005 (HY000): Can't create table 'autoresponder.autoresponder_task_stats' (errno: 150)

Then, the next error in the Web-interface, which I think is not due to the not created table:

ERROR unable to submit sql query sql_audit_log ( - )

I checked, that the user 'arweb' is there and has access rights.
I don't know, if I read the SQL-script properly, but does it need a user 'nagios' too? If yes, there's none.
