#873 Full reset method

The reset method leaves right, left, and bottom accessory panels, plus additional mouse modules. There needs to be a "full reset" method which also removes these.

I've added code for this, and shift+[menubar]->"Reset Application" will invoke this.

I think the mouse module reset should probably be done in the normal reset method.
