#2889 University onedrive with spaces in the name causes problems with %20

Brendan at UIowa had a case where he was running a script which would write to the university one-drive, and he kept loosing files because it would eventually put files in a directory with %20s in the name, instead of spaces. I need to study this. It's probably a Das2 problem, and I'll add a ticket there too.
