#2878 Run Batch Tool should show all constant arguments to the script

Sadie suggests that the Run Batch Tool show all the constant settings to the script in the URI, even if they are the default. This would allow a screenshot to document the run, for example. Also things which are reset as run-varying should be removed from the list.
