This runtime error shows that something is improperly handled in Autoplot's implementation of URI_Templates:

https://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/cluster/c$

results in

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: "sc is undefined in extras.
