#2852 open local clone doesn't remove "master"

The "open local clone" would work for me, except it doesn't account for the fact that master doesn't appear in the local path when it is the default.

1. run https://github.com/autoplot/dev/blob/master/demos/2019/20191216/demoLogFit.jy
2. in the script editor, [context menu]->Git->'open local clone'
