#2523 PDFs should have RichPNG metadata , vap and URI references

It's easy enough to add metadata to a PDF file that the PDF files should also have rich PNG metadata. This would allow for grepping to find files.

Also, one looses track of a vap file which created often enough there should be an option to embed the vap file name and URI references in PDF and PNG output.
