I've been playing with the create screenshots on a Mac, which would until this version crash regularly, and I notice a few issues. (1) The file picker for choosing the output directory for the images is a "read" chooser, not a "write" chooser, and doesn't provide the option to create new folders. (2) When the pngwalk comes up to write images to an animated gif, you can mark which ones you want with the QC tool. Any QC-annotated image will be included, so you are in fact unable to unmark it. "ignore" should be the same as unmarked.

    (3) The export to animated gif has a real-time option, which only works if it has a timestamp for each image. So the initial pngwalk launch should use this template.

    (1) is done, where an open dialog was used, but a save dialog is more appropriate.

    (2) I've added a "Don't show problem records" option to the pngwalk tool, so that some frames can be omitted. (For example, sometimes the desktop under Autoplot appears for a frame, or the beginning "start recording" and ending "stop recording" dialogs.) Also I noticed there was a bug when $x is used. I fixed this, bug I really don't remember why there was special logic needed there and a little more experimentation is needed.
