#1756 getCompletions function doesn't work for das2server, cdaweb

I was showing Nhan and Matt at the RPW group the completions server, so they might think about how it could be used to provide a nice das2server thin client, and we found that the servlet doesn't work with this data source. It doesn't work with the cdaweb one either, and the cdf one does work. Also, the getCompletions function doesn't work, which I'm sure is the same problem.
