#9 CLK_TCK pb under RH8.0

I am trying to recompile your stuff on a RH8.0
distribution. I get stopped during the compilation of
OSD_Chronometer.cxx with the message CLK_TCK not
defined.
Checking the config header shows that TIME_H is
defined but the CLK_TCK seem not be defined due to
the fact that the compilation is done assuming strict
ansi which is not correct

I think this has been fixed, but I do not have a RedHat 8.0
machine to try it on. Could you verify this for me?
