#4 chmod after creation of backup file

Added the possibility to give a file permission code
for the backup files (advanced parameter 'PERM').

Backup files should be protected as good as possible,
so it defaults to '400'.

See attached file for the enhanced version.

Congratulations to the creator of this project - really

It prooved to be useful to have the backup files belonging
to a special group (e.g. "backup") in order to read them
from a remote host without giving the reading process root
rights (as the backup process may run as root).

The additional code is included in the attacked file.

Aside from the possibility to set umask in the new version 3.0_beta, you can just do what you want inside the file that executes automysqlbackup in the folder cron.daily. See the README of the new version.
