#18 patch for mutt doesn't send attachment+language

Latest version of mutt require a double dash between attachments' name and recipients. I've added it to the script.
Moreover I've changed day of the week in order that letters with accents don't appear in filename (beware of charset conflicts for latin languages).

I publish the entire script modified.

    The double dash issue is resolved in the newer 3.x versions and there should be no accents in the day names, since "export LC_ALL=C" makes sure, that the compiled in language is used, English that is.

    Also from my short look into the script you attached, there seem to be syntax errors.
