automysqlbackup-users

Hi,

does anybody know how to set up automysqlbackup with the option to keep 
the AUTO_INCREMENT information.

using mysqldump it's done my leaving out the --compatoble flag, but I 
can't find it in the automysqlbackup script or configuration file...

help would be great!
