#67 Backup local files - several features to add

-first, I would like this feature to run on demand (when running automysqlbackup from console). In this way we could know if it is set correctly. I assume now it runs ONLY if Weekly Backup Day is met.
-second, I don't know if it works for entire directory or not, but it would be nice to ensure that it can backup whole directory.
