I already have a script built and running to do daily full backups of my DB. I am retaining 32 days of dailys, but what I'd like to do is convert that retantion to 7 dailys, 5 weeklys, 13 monthlys, and some amount of yearlys. I thought this script might work to do that, but not sure. Can I disable the backup portion and just use the rotate portion? Looking for a simple solution as I am not very well versed in scripts. Any help is appreciated!
