#65 please put the files in the tar.gz in a directory

Hi,

I think I noticed this in the previous 3.0 beta 3 as well as the one I just downloaded (v3.0 rc6), the files in the tar.gz are not in a directory in the archive. This is annoying because the convention is to put files in a directory in the tar so that when decompressed with tar zxvf the files don't get extracted into the current directory but inside a new directory that has the name and version # of the program, i.e. when compressing the tar you should do it like this :

tar cvfz automysqlbackup-v3.0_rc6.tar.gz automysqlbackup-v3.0_rc6

where the automysqlbackup-v3.0_rc6 directory contains the files.
