0.6 release

Functional, bug reports are welcomed.
Removed README.txt, put links to online manual instead.
Added About dialog

Known problems:
Slow start after installation - seems to be related to Qt/mingw itself, not application.

Will become 1.0 after one week of testing if no issues found.
