0.5.1 release

Functional, bug reports are welcomed.
Verified with Bluetooth devices, no problems found.
Updated installer - should provide options for shortcuts installation, should keep paths on upgrade, etc.

NOTE: Settings will be lost at 0.4 to 0.5 upgrade due to bug in 0.4 installer./

Built with mingw, but msvc build is also supported.

Known problems:
Lack of documentation
Some installation scenarios are not well handled

If there will be no problems found, there should be 0.6 release with documentation and small UI improvements, and then 1.0 release. Switch functionality seems to be pretty ok.
