0.3 released

More or less functional, bug reports are welcomed.
Split into two binaries - should be easier to use.
Added checkbox to install amswitcher into autorun.
Fixed glitch in configurator with refresh button.
Sources structure reworked, build files reworked. No more NetBeans project files.

Known problems:
Has a limitation with bluetooth devices.
No installer/uninstaller so far - should be simply unpacked into program files and then installed into autorun with ams_config.
Qt dlls can be rebuilt to become smaller by cutting of unnecessary stuff.
