#1 Database integration with the Code

Would like to involve a Database So that the values from the variables get saved in the database and retrieval of the values will be directly from the database with out a file system file creation.Checking for the given below approaches

1)Involving the Concept of Xml Database with Basex
2)Writing the Code which Gets Connected with the Mysql Linux Compatable Database.
3)using Hsql db for temporary Db Execution.
