Btw, Jeff McBride thought your Java app usful, but thinks that his
Client
Daemon they were working on several years ago might
be better.
Not surprising :o).
It
had a server-side
binary that could check uploaded files for
corruption/cheating
problems, etc, and used HTTP transport. Was
pretty fast, and
lived in the tray. It was not developed to the point of
being easy to
use for multiple games, however.
Living in the tray is one of
the things I am working on. As far as corruption and cheating
problems, I could do that as well, if he gave me access to the .dll or
something. I'll bug him about it when I am ready to do something
about it. For now, I'll add it as a feature request.
